Hello Bulldogs!

We had a very smooth first week back after break last week. Only two more weeks to go until Winter Break! This week our 3rd-5th grade students will take their FAST ELA PM2 assessment on Tuesday and our K-2 students will take their FAST Math PM2 later in the week. Please help your child have the best testing opportunity possible by getting enough sleep, having a healthy breakfast, being on time to school, and using encouraging talk in the morning.

Several grade levels will get to enjoy a field trip this week! Our 2nd grade students visit the ballet on Wednesday, December 10- don’t forget to dress your best! 5th grade will visit the Water Reclamation Center on Thursday and 3rd grade will test out their force abilities at Aloma Bowl on Friday.

Finally, don’t forget to come enjoy the sweet sounds of Music Makers on Wednesday at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria. Looking forward to another amazing week!

You’re invited to “travel the world” and celebrate the rich cultures of our wonderfully diverse Brookshire community. Families will journey from table to table with their passports, collecting stamps as they enjoy global holiday customs, crafts, artifacts, and tasty seasonal bites.
